The RM-55 offers all the features of our economy model with improvements; it has NSF and ETL listing. The rice pot and base are easy to clean. The burner system construction has been upgraded. Pressure regulator is included.

RM-55 is approved for cook and hold. It incorporates a stronger warming feature to maintain the temperature of the rice at the required temperatures.

Years of experience and constant improvement are incorporated in our current designs. The bimetallic temperature sensor is superior to liquid, chemical or magnet systems used by others. The rice pot has comfortable, wide plated steel drop handles on the rice pot that remain cool enough to touch while the unit is in operation. These handles are able to withstand considerable abuse. Bakelite handle on the stainless steel cover is also durable.

	Perfect Rice Automatically...Every Time . . . A bimetallic temperature sensor is recessed into the base of the rice pot where it most accurately senses temperature during the cooking process. It automatically stops the cook cycle after the water has been absorbed the the rice.
	Fast . . . See cook time below. For better rice, allow the rice to cure for 20 minutes.
	Cook and Hold Operation . . . The pilot will hold the rice hot for serving after cooking has been completed.
	Touch The Button And Walk Away . . . Push the pilot ignition button to light the pilot. Operator must verify pilot is lit by viewing through jacket window before attempting to light main burner. Push the cook button to start the cook cycle. Cooking stops automatically when the rice is done. The pilot burner keeps rice warm.
	Lift Out Rice Pot . . . Cast aluminum rice pot ensures uniform heating and evenly cooked rice. It is easily removable for washing rice or cleaning.
